Pure Rehearsal Studios only stores the data you provide us.

This information may be kept securely on our database, on a secure electronic device or in physical copy, which is securely locked away.

We do not store any customer payment information. Payment information is handled securely by one of our third-party vendors. Including: Stripe, Sum Up, PayPal, Worldpay. These payment providers are PCI Compliant and handle your payment information securely.

We will use your information to manage bookings and contact you regarding your future bookings at Pure Rehearsal Studios.

We will occasionally send you offers and promotions relevant to the products and services you acquire at Pure Rehearsal Studios. We do not share or distribute any of your personal information to any third party without your consent. We do not store any sensitive data about you. We only collect the following information: Your name and names of your band members, Phone Number/s, Band Name and Email address/s.

You agree that when booking rehearsal space with Pure Rehearsal Studios that your information will be added to our marketing email list. You may occasionally receive emails, messages or phone calls from our marketing channels. You can unsubscribe from these at any time by contacting booking@purerehearsal.co.uk

By submitting your contact details, you agree to give us consent to use these methods to contact you.

Mailing lists - We occasionally send out newsletters and promotions to our customers. You can unsubscribe from these emails by contacting booking@purerehearsal.co.uk This will however not opt you out of direct communication should we need to contact you about your bookings or outstanding payments owed.

Inactive Customers - (Customers that are not currently booked in).

You agree that we will contact you regarding marketing and promotions from Pure Rehearsal Studios. We may use your details to contact you about special offers and promotions even if you are no longer a customer of ours. You can unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any time by contacting booking@purerehearsal.co.uk

We may occasionally send a review email to inactive customers asking if they wish to stay on the list.

Booking Cancellation

Once a booking has been made to hire a room within the establishment it can be cancelled at any point. Should the booking be cancelled with 48 hours notice no charge will be incurred. However, if you cancel on the day you will be charged the FULL amount of your booked session. If we do not receive the minimum of 48 hours notice before the day of your booked session a charge of £15 will incur.

You agree that we will still use your information to contact you if there is an outstanding balance owed. You agree that we may communicate your data with associated third parties to assist in the collection of outstanding amounts that have exceeded 30 days of non-payment.

Terms and Conditions

We have merged our terms and conditions with this contact consent agreement.

At Pure Rehearsal Studios we are committed to ensure your personal information is protected and used appropriately with your permission. In accordance with GDPR compliance, we will collect your information and personal data that will be used for the following purposes:

• Booking of a rehearsal room
• Contacting about potential/future bookings
• Special offers within the business
• Emergencies regarding bookings or force majeure e.g. Closure due to weather/unforeseen circumstances
• Covid-19 Test and Trace

By using our services, you agree to us storing and using your contact details to communicate about your bookings and payments including any promotional or special offers via SMS, e-mail or phone.

If you become an inactive customer with no outstanding balance or money owed to us, you agree we may contact you via e-mail regarding any promotions Pure Rehearsal Studios is offering. You have the option to opt out at any time by contacting booking@purerehearsal.co.uk.

You only become an inactive customer by informing us directly to stop any further contact from Pure Rehearsal Studios.
