Pure Rehearsal Studios will have permission to hold your contact details such as; phone number and email address on our system. This will not be sold to a third party or be shared with anybody outside of Pure Rehearsal Studios without first obtaining your consent. Your information is kept securely on our database, on a secure electronic device and in physical copy, which is securely locked away.
We do not store any customer payment information. Payment information is handled securely by one of our third-party vendors. Including: Stripe, Sum Up, PayPal. These payment providers are PCI Compliant and handle your payment information securely.
Please be aware if you have already confirmed a booking with Pure Rehearsal Studios we are able to contact you regarding this booking or any future bookings you have made with us. (Legitimate Interests)
Should you cancel a booking, in accordance with our cancellation policy we hold the right to contact you regarding any outstanding payments owed to Pure Rehearsal Studios.
