Payment

Thank you for your payment. If you require any additional items such as strings, sticks, snacks or drinks, these may be purchased onsite by card payment.

Cancellation

Room bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance with a full refund. However, if we do not receive the minimum of 48 hours' notice before the day of the rehearsal, a charge of £15 will be incurred. Cancellations on the day of your rehearsal, will result in the FULL payment being due.

Bands that fail to attend a rehearsal session will be charged the full session cost (including any backline hire).
